IN THE latest statistic showing a continuing recovery in the property market, Málaga province saw a 24.4% boost in the number of new home mortgage loans signed in the first half of 2016 compared to the same period last year.
Figures released by the National Statistics Institute (INE) show that from January to the end of June a total of 7,361 home mortgage loans were signed in the province.
