The opening of borders to non-Schengen countries from July 1 will be conditioned to three basic requirments by Spain: 1) the state of the Covid-19 epidemic in that country, 2) reciprocity for the entry for citizens of Spain in that state and 3) temperature checks upon arrival and before leaving their country of origin.
