The Catalan national coalition Junts P’el Si has announced they have reached an initial agreement with radical anti-establishment nationalists CUP that will result in a pro-segregation regional government in Cataluña.
Details will be released later today and no indication has been given over the continuity of Artur Mas are regional president – initially opposed by CUP.
CUP leaders have warned that the agreement must be voted publically by its followers before it is signed.
