The national traffic department (DGT) has launched its annual summer ‘Operación Salida’ (operation exit) campaign, with 44 million car journeys predicted for the month of July alone.
Drivers actions will also be watched ‘from the ground and the air’ to make sure that they are complying with traffic legislation.
