THE FIRST excavation campaign at the Cabezo del Molino in Rojales has made an unprecedented archaeological discovery for the province.
Organised by the Alicante archaeology museum (MARQ), they have discovered a large Visigoth necropolis dating from the seventh century that could contain up to 150 burials.
