The regional health authority started on Monday to administer the second booster jab against Covid-19 to people living in care homes and the staff.
Regional councillor for health Miguel Mínguez said: “We are aiming to protect the most vulnerable groups as the autumn begins.”
Next in line will be people aged 80 and over, people in high risk health categories and healthcare personnel, he stated.
