DOG owners in Torremolinos had better clean up after their pets, or may find themselves in a fine mess.
The town’s local police issued 29 fines in a 10-day period beginning on January 2 to people who failed to scoop their pets’ poop, said the town hall last week. “Due to the [fouled] conditions of public ways and non-compliance with cleanliness bylaws, officers intensified their patrolling,” it said in a written statement.
