Torrevieja hospital is replacing the old-fashioned clipboards for patient information at the foot of their bed with 30 new tablets for nurses to use.
The tablets can be used to monitor and record vital signs, sample extractions (blood, urine, etc.) and medication administered to each patient, the regional health service explained.
