THE 33-year-old Brit arrested at the airport whilst waiting to board a flight back to Scotland on Sunday has been denied bail following a provisional hearing at Benidorm Court on Monday over the death of another Scotsman at the weekend.
What should have been a time of celebration turned into one of horror for a group of British stags, as one of their group, 33-year-old Scot Jim Clark, reportedly the best man, died on what was their first day here in the resort. Reports have clarified that a fight broke out between two groups of Brits at around 03.15 on Calle Gerona and that the victim died as a result of a knock to the head.
