An agreement to develop a new factory in Elche to produce rockets for flights into space has been signed by the regional government, city hall and local company Payload Aerospace (PLD Space).
They will be able to launch small satellites into orbit from their recoverable rockets.
The new headquarters will be built in a sector near the IFA convention centre with an investment of €85 million.
