PLANS to transform Benalmádena’s Tivoli World amusement park into a major entertainment and commercial complex have been revealed by Madrid-based real estate company Grupo Tremón.
The €300 million project would see the existing park undergo a large-scale refurbishment, plus new developments to the east of the existing park including a commercial area featuring office buildings, a hypermarket and a cinema, a new hotel and an auditorium, alongside green areas and 2,000 underground parking spaces.
