Only 26 of the 3,015 breathalysing tests carried out by Guardia Civil over the past week in Alicante province has been positive. Traffic authority DGT says the low figures shows motorists are becoming more aware of the danger of driving after drinking over christmas thanks to its awareness campaigns.
