THE OWNERS of an abandoned hotel in Benidorm have begun to clean up its façade after failing to take action on two prior municipal notices ordering them to do so.
The Selomar hotel, in a prime position on the Levante beach promenade, ceased operation 10 years ago and was left in a state of abandon. A fire destroyed part of its façade in 2015.
