A suspect has been arrested for holding up a convenience store in Torrevieja and stealing €540 in cash.
The robber was wielding a large knife and threatened the employee on duty.
However, he lost a trainer shoe during the raid and Guardia Civil detectives were able to match it to one found in the suspect’s home, where they also discovered the knife used to threaten the worker.
