Police have dismantled a Europe-wide crime group who traded horsemeat unfit for human consumption.
A Dutch man tracked down in Belgium, and who had been living in Calpe, has been arrested as the organiser of the group involved in the ‘horsemeat found in beef burgers’ scandal dating back to 2013.
