INTREPID residents and visitors in Casares can have some high-flying fun after the town on Saturday launched its new 300-metre zipline ride, offering views of the sierra and the town centre.
The zipline soars at heights of up to 80 metres, running from the El Chaparral scenic trail at Puerto de la Cruz to the Las Peñuelas zone at the end of Calle Molinos just outside the town centre. The ride takes around 30 seconds.
