High Court dynamites expats’ hopes

TWO High Court judges have turned down a bid to overturn the rule which denies the vote in the EU referendum to Britons who have been living in other European countries for more than 15 years.
Lawyers acting for two British citizens fighting for the right to vote have confirmed they will seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court against the judgment.
The High Court hearing into the democratic rights of up to two million Britons in Europe took place on Wednesday.
