The regional government is preparing aid for businesses of over €9,000 over three years for each employee allowed to work a four-day week.
Conditions for the aid will include a prior agreement with the workers’ legal representation and a productivity improvement plan, which the regional business competitiveness institute (IVACE) will help companies to prepare.
