A Bulgarian woman was killed at her home in the Orihuela rural district of Desamparados early this morning.
According to the emergency services, her partner called the ‘112’ emergency number and admitted he had strangled the woman.
Minute’s silences were held outside the town hall in the city and its office in Orihuela Costa at midday.
