Poisonous processionary caterpillars have been spotted in the Calpe and Moraira areas – surprisingly earlier than usual.
Caution should be exercised, especially when walking dogs. When the paws and other body parts of a dog come into contact with the caterpillars’ hairs, they become severely irritated.
