BRITISH expats are being urged to apply for an official residency certificate before Brexit when the UK leaves the European Union on 29th March, 2019.
Negotiations continue between the British government and the EU’s remaining 27 members as part of the planned Withdrawal Agreement and last December both sides addressed the subject of citizens’ rights.
