With 24 people already dead by drowning in the Valencia region so far this year, the regional government has launched a campaign to make people aware of the dangers that can exist when bathing at beaches.
Regional councillor for justice and the interior, Gabriela Bravo said their aim is to highlight that ‘unwise behaviour’ in bathing areas can lead to tragedies.
