THOUSANDS of primary and secondary school students went back to classes today (Thursday) for the new 2016-2017 term. In the whole of the Valencia region, 783,585 pupils went back to class (8,000 less that the previous school year).
One of the main concerns these first days back in the classrooms are the high temperatures.
Several years ago, the term began during a heatwave and many pupils suffered heatstroke.
