Alfaz del Pi council has finally lifted the restriction on drinking tap water from this afternoon (Thursday). This means that tap water is now safe to drink in all the towns where restrictions were imposed after the severe floods in January.
As reported in Costa Blanca News last week, although restrictions had been lifted in La Nucía and Finestrat, the ban on drinking tap water remained in Alfaz and on the outskirts of Altea town centre
