JUBILANT couple Richard and Pauline Pope are planning a fresh start on the Costa Blanca after winning a long-running legal battle with a Spanish bank, Bankinter, over a dream home that was never built.
They were buying the Marina Alta property off-plan but believed they had lost everything when Construcciones Monte Puchol went bankrupt – but have now successfully taken the company’s bank through the courts to win their money back with interest and legal costs.
