THE FINAL day of the walk is a stroll in the park compared with what has gone before.
With just 8km to cover back to the car – and most of it downhill – this really is a chance to take it easy, whistle a tune and spend a lot of time admiring the soaring summits all around – while smugly thinking ‘did I really manage to get up that high?’
