CAVE paintings from the Paleolithic and Neolithic ages have been vandalised in Rincón de la Victoria – however, it is not clear if the damage is new or happened long ago.

It came to light last week when staff of the Cueva del Tesoro complex, who were accompanying a television crew to the Cueva de la Victoria, found an area with tables, chairs and mattresses as well as beer bottles and cans of paint.
