Former Marbella mayor Marisol Yagüe, who is currently in prison for her conviction in the Malaya corruption case, was found guilty last week in another case. She was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay the town hall €10,729 after being found guilty of using granite and other material, taken from a municipal construction supplies storage facility, for a remodel of her own home in 2004. She is expected to file an appeal.
