A 51-year-old man working for a sub-contractor on construction of Granada’s new metro died last Thursday morning while carrying out electrical maintenance work on an elevator at one of the new stations. An investigation is underway but first reports suggest he died after falling from a forklift truck. The dead man was originally from Galicia and was working for Arteixo Telecom.
