Cartajima’s mayor Francisco Benítez announced this week that four of the Valle del Genal village’s municipal buildings were broken into in one night. The affected areas were the Los Riscos tourist centre, a bar and a room containing a filter system at the local pool and a storage warehouse. Damage was caused to the buildings, and stolen items include a TV, kitchen equipment, tools and other valuables.
