Police in Toledo have freed a man kidnapped in Lloret de Mar 11 days earlier. The victim was bundled into a car boot at gunpoint by a gang wearing police jackets and was kept sedated while being moved from place to place. Four men, led by a Romanian doctor, were arrested when they arrived to collect the €1.5 million ransom they demanded from his wife.
