Torremolinos town hall and the Málaga bar association are working to launch a service to assist victims of hate crimes and provide them free online legal advice. “Nine out of 10 victims of hate crimes don’t lodge a complaint, due to fear, so one of the main goals is to protect them, inform them of their rights and guide them in the process of reporting the crime,” said the town hall.
