The section of the province-wide Gran Senda hiking and cycling trail that runs between Ojén and Mijas is to be re-routed in order to also include Monda, Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, said the Diputación de Málaga last week. The project, which will add more mountain trail and reduce the amount of paved path included on the route, has been drawn up and is pending final approval.
