Fuengirola’s town hall said last week that progress on a project to improve five streets in the Torreblanca zone, as part of an infrastructure improvement plan known as PM1-2, is at more than 50% completion, with work expected to be completed by mid-April. The €617,000 project will see calles Las Palomas, Ruiseñor and Verderón totally renovated, with new underground supply networks and road surfaces, and parts of Calles Oropéndola and Golondrinas are also being worked on.
