Mijas residents have until November 20 to pay their 2016 municipal taxes, said the town hall last week. For those who do not pay by standing order, the payments can be made at the town hall or the Tenencia de Alcaldía offices in Las Lagunas and La Cala. Also, for outstanding taxes owed from previous years, six- to 36-month payment plans are available.
