The manager of a Marbella restaurant has been convicted and sentenced to 21 months in prison and a €6,300 fine for sexually assaulting a 22-year-old employee. The provincial court, upholding the sentence on an appeal, heard how just days after the woman starting working the man accosted her in the kitchen, grabbing hugging her from behind and groping her.
