The new sewage plant being built in Pizarra, which will also serve Álora and Coín, will be completed and operational in February 2019, said Junta de Andalucía environment chief José Fiscal last week. The plant, plus the network of pipes to connect the three towns to it, is being built at a cost of €14 million.
