A 30-year-old man received light injuries after being knocked down by a car in Málaga last Thursday. The victim was using an electric scooter to navigate over a pedestrian crossing in the Miraflores district at the time of the incident. The accident has opened a debate in the city about the use of the scooters, which are not permitted to use cycle lanes.
