A 38-year-old man who attacked another man after he asked him for a cigar on the night of the San Juan celebrations in Fuengirola four years ago, has been sentenced to 18 months in jail by Málaga’s provincial court. He must also pay compensation to his victim, who hit over the head with a bottle, and then continued to attack when he was on the floor, leaving him needing stitches.
