The Gibraltar government has put out for public consultation its draft bill for the legalisation of same-sex civil marriages on the Rock. The draft bill has been published as a Command Paper and can be viewed at www.gibraltarlaws.gov.gi/commandpapers/C14-2015.pdf. January 15 is the deadline for submitting comments ahead of the proposal becoming a bill for debate in Parliament.
