Benalmádena’s public bus company Innoben announced last week that the summer-time ‘night owl’ M-105 bus route, that ran from Benalmádena Pueblo to the Puerto Marina until 3am on weekends, was not a success. A statement said the route was used by just 952 passengers during July and August, meaning that the operating cost was €7 per user. However, councillor Bernardo Jiménez said the service will return next summer, with smaller vehicles.
