A 20-year-old Benalmádena man has been arrested by national police for allegedly stealing a woman’s mobile phone as she returned to her car after work, intimidating her with a knife and injuring her hand. The incident took place on Benalmádena Pueblo’s Avenida del Chorillo on April 10, and the man was detained following a police investigation for suspected violent robbery and other charges, and has been kept in custody.
