Police in Galicia have arrested a horse rider who was five times over the alcohol drink-drive limit. Officers saw him riding in almost the middle of the road and ordered him to dismount immediately. The rider told them he was returning from a livestock fair in A Coruña and handed his horse to a family member to take home.
