Málaga town hall says the city is having a record-breaking tourist season. Visitor numbers are up 9.6% on last year, while there have been 2.6% more overnight stays in hotels, with data from September still to be added. By the end of the year, the sector is expected to have had an economic impact on the city of €1,800 million.
