RENFE has abandoned the more expensive 902 numbers for all its customer service phone lines. From last Thursday, the number for general enquiries about rail services, including queries about reservations, sales, changes and cancellations, is now 912 320 320. However, the RENFE website was still displaying the old 902 contact numbers earlier this week.
