An EC study has placed Málaga 11th out of 79 European cities rated by residents’ views on their life quality. Around 500 people participated in each with 97% in Málaga saying they were happy or very happy, making it the top-ranked Spanish city surveyed. Cities on 99% were Oslo and Zurich while fifth-placed Belfast on 98% was the top UK city.
