The national police commissioner for Benalmádena and Torremolinos, Julio Ros, visited the headquarters of Benalmádena’s ACEB small businesses association last week to present the Secure Trade initiative, aimed at strengthening commercial sector safety over the Christmas period. Split into two phases, the first will see local traders given safety tips, and the second will see an increased presence of uniformed officers in commercial areas, from December 18.
