A National Police patrol car was ambushed and damaged after being called to one of the most deprived districts of Melilla on Sunday. The two officers inside were unhurt despite being pelted with stones while the fire-arm and GPS navigator from their vehicle were stolen. The car was finally towed away after a major deployment of security services swamped the area.
