A driver had his car impounded in Sevilla after being stopped for dangerous driving in La Macarena. Officers seized the vehicle after it was realised that, not only had he lost all 12 points on his licence for numerous previous offences, but dozens more besides. After a positive breath test, the police database showed he already had accumulated a remarkable balance of -70 points.
