Marbella town hall last week said that Plaza de Los Naranjos in the historic quarter will have a mixed use, with bars and restaurants allowed to have tables and chairs on the east and west sides of the square, but not in the central area, which will be kept clear for pedestrian use. An activist group says it will continue its campaign for the whole plaza to be free of tables and chairs.
